Not all compression is created equal. We start with an unapologetic obsession for exceptional quality, meaning less downtime and more wins.
All of our compression products are developed, packaged, and shipped from our warehouse in North Carolina, USA.
The Full Knee Helix Compression Sleeve is the ideal Helix for knee compression and comfort of the total knee because of our unique material and absence of migration. See what others have to say about their experience with it!
We are advising the Full Knee Helix when knee compression of the entire knee is recommended. Please see our Patella Helix for compression of the anterior knee specifically. Without your physician’s approval, the Full Knee Helix is not recommended for the diagnosis of Runner’s Knee, patellofemoral arthritis or if you are experiencing pain directly behind the knee cap. See our Adjustable Knee Helix for use with patellofemoral pain syndrome.
This outstanding Helix is excellent for sprains and injuries including minor sprains to the medial and lateral stabilizing knee ligaments.
Also, comfort with knee compression is achieved for minor meniscus, anterior and posterior knee or patellar injuries. If you have had surgery on your knee at any time, either an open or laparoscopic procedure, our Full Knee Helix is advised to provide uniform support to the injured tissues.
For reasons that are not scientifically clear, our product has provided significant comfort to arthritis sufferers. Moisture activation of adherence causes the Full Knee Helix to remain comfortably in place and it will not bunch behind the knee.

Proper fit is important
It is very important to measure your knee at the knee cap in order to get the proper fit. Please do not measure your thigh.
